At Vestor College of Management, we recognize the increasing importance of coding skills in today's business world. That's why we're excited to offer our students the opportunity to participate in our 100 Days of Coding challenge. This challenge is designed to help our students develop their coding skills and to provide them with the tools and resources they need to succeed in the rapidly evolving field of technology. Over the course of 100 days, our students will be introduced to key concepts and skills related to coding, such as programming languages, data structures and algorithms, software development methodologies, web development, mobile app development, game development, and more. Our experienced faculty and industry professionals will guide and support our students throughout the challenge, providing mentorship, feedback, and advice as they learn and develop their coding skills

100 Days Of Entrepreneurship

The 100-day Entrepreneurship Challenge, featured in your prospectus, is an immersive and exciting learning experience that aims to equip students with the necessary skills and mindset to become successful entrepreneurs. This challenge offers a structured and supportive environment for students to explore the world of entrepreneurship and develop their own business ideas.

Throughout the program, students will be introduced to essential concepts and tools related to entrepreneurship such as identifying business ideas, conducting market research, creating a business plan, financial planning, branding and marketing, legal and regulatory compliance, building a team, sales strategies, and scaling and growth.

With a combination of classroom instructions, hands-on activities, mentorship, and peer collaboration, students will have the opportunity to apply their learning in a practical and meaningful way. They will work on their own business ideas or collaborate with their peers to create a viable startup. Experienced entrepreneurs and business professionals will provide feedback and guidance to the students. Towards the end of the 100 days, students will present their business ideas or startups to a panel of judges.

The most promising ideas may receive support to further develop their businesses. By participating in the challenge, students will not only acquire knowledge and skills related to entrepreneurship, but also develop critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills that are vital in any professional setting. Moreover, our program provides a range of resources and support services to help students achieve their goals. These include personalized mentoring, access to state-ofthe-art facilities, and career counseling. The 100-day Entrepreneurship Challenge is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in a collaborative and innovative environment

Training & Development

Introducing the Training and Personality Development Program at Vestor College of Management, designed specifically for BBA and BCA students. Our program aims to enhance and groom your inner and outer self, empowering you to make a positive difference in your life. Through this program, students will develop essential skills and qualities such as self-confidence, effective communication, strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, leadership qualities, work ethics, business etiquette, and adaptability. An integral part of the program is the Student Portfolio concept, which involves creating a comprehensive scorecard for each student based on various parameters. Regular reassessments are conducted every six months to monitor the student's growth.

In addition to personality development, we also focus on profile building on professional networking platforms like LinkedIn. We guide students on how to connect with industry experts, enabling them to build a strong network that can provide valuable career opportunities. The program is integrated throughout the three-year course, with a seven-day continuous session at the beginning of each semester, and weekly sessions totaling 168 hours over the course of three years. The sessions encompass a range of activities, including industry visits, travel, and tourism experiences, internships, industry expert sessions, quiz competitions, public speaking exercises, mock interviews, mock business plan pitching sessions, sports competitions, and networking sessions.
