Vestor College of Management believes in revolutionising education system so that students can be Industry Ready. The concept of Student Portfolio is to create a student score card for each student on various parameters that are Oral Communication Skills, Written Communication Skills, Public Speaking Skills, Group discussion Skills, Interpersonal skills, English Proficiency, Management Skills, Team Work, Leadership Skills, Interview Skills. In Student Portfolio, student score card will be made in two ways, one is self-assessment by student and the other is assessment by GMCS Facilities of VCM. In a scale of 1-10 a score will be given by Student & GMCS Facilities of VCM on the very first day.
After every 6 month a re-assessment will be done by both. We will also do profile building of students on LinkedIn, and we will guide them how to connect with Industry CXOs, HRs and Industry Experts so that there Networking is strong enough to help them in their Career. This will help a student to understand their learning journey.
